International Missions Network (iMN)

International Missions Network (IMN) was founded in 1986 by Dr. Hany Keylada with a God-given vision to equip believers to be the heart and hands of Jesus wherever they go. Within a few years, IMN grew to include more than 42 churches across Egypt, offering training, discipleship, and workshops that renewed the missional life of the Church.

In 1996, Hany and his wife Sozan established International Medicine Network, Inc. AKA International Missions Network (iMN) in Oklahoma, USA, as a recognized public charity. Today, IMN operates from two centers—in the United States and Cairo, Egypt—working together under one calling:

> To equip believers worldwide to be Jesus’ heart and hands to the Church wherever the Body of Christ is persecuted or the Church is oppressed.

Through compassionate service, IMN continues to share Christ’s love—bringing healing, hope, and encouragement to His people.

Since 1986, International Missions Network (iMN) has been committed to being the heart and hands of Jesus—especially where His Church faces opposition and persecution. Our mission is clear: to advance God’s Kingdom, even in the most difficult circumstances.

Our biblical strategy is anchored in three powerful words: Maintain, Retain, and Sustain.

Biblical Meaning of Our Mission

¨ Retain – Holding fast to the faith, even in the face of threats.

¨ Sustain – Providing the necessary resources for survival and spiritual growth.

¨ Maintain – Ensuring the Church remains steadfast and unshaken.

For 35 years, the iMN family has faithfully embraced this mission because we know that when the Church and its leaders are isolated during trials, they suffer greatly. However, a Body of Christ that is retained and maintained will be sustained—growing even stronger in the face of adversity.

A powerful example (just one of many) of this was seen in (the country of Aram). Despite intense persecution, more than 120,000 people came to Christ. This is the Kingdom principle in action: when the Church stands firm, God multiplies His harvest!

Since 2023, the iMN family has joyfully launched two life-changing programs rooted in mentorship and discipleship. Together we call this movement “The House of Belonging”—a spiritual home that has already captured the hearts of hundreds across the Middle East. Our vision is simple yet profound:

To adopt, mentor, equip, sustain, and empower believers to serve others diligently and professionally for the glory of God.

Within the House of Belonging, God has allowed us to build two beautiful “rooms” of ministry: one for youth and the fatherless, and one for couples and families.

We are humbled and grateful for what the Lord has done through your prayers, your partnership, and your generosity. Every transformed life, every restored family, every act of relief is a testimony to His faithfulness and to the Body of Christ working together.

As new cohorts of youth, families, and relief efforts unfold in 2026, we prayerfully invite you to continue standing with us. Your support—through prayer, volunteering, and giving—helps us mentor the fatherless, equip families, and bring shelter to the persecuted.

Thank you for being part of this ministry family. Together, under Christ, we are building a true House of Belonging where roots grow deep, wings take flight, hearts are equipped, and hope is restored.

This transformative initiative reaches morally challenged and fatherless youth, pairing each participant with a dedicated spiritual father or mother (55+) for a one-year mentorship journey. Mentors and mentees meet three times each month, cultivating relationships of guidance, wisdom, and faith. Twice a year the entire group gathers for a week-long “Boot Camp” retreat—an immersive, Spirit-filled experience that shapes hearts and futures.

In October 2025 we celebrated a milestone—three Pinning Ceremonies—honoring 224 young men and women and their 52 spiritual fathers and mothers. The fruit of this ministry has inspired more than 300 new candidates to join the next cohort beginning April 2026. We stand in awe of what God is doing.

Building on our youth discipleship, iMN is now investing in married couples and families—God’s divine design and powerful ministry field. From this vision we launched “Hearts That Are Equipped to Serve”—a dynamic blend of spiritual and academic training through four powerful conferences.

Its mission is to equip a new generation of Christ-centered families—teachable, committed, and ready to serve others—especially in marriage, so they can raise Gospel-living households that are strong, rooted, and ready.

For over 24 years iMN has brought relief throughout the Middle East, responding to the cries of persecuted Christians and oppressed churches. In recent years the challenges have grown, and the number of martyrs has increased dramatically. Through every crisis, we have sought to use humanitarian aid as a vehicle for advancing the Kingdom—balancing urgent physical needs with lasting spiritual impact.

Together with our faithful partners, the iMN family has developed Relief Modules in 8 countries including the massive earthquakes of southern Turkey, and the civil unrest of Sudan, etc.  These efforts are not just glamorous humanitarian only, but they are deeply Gospel-driven.

As the Apostle Paul went up to Jerusalem and met with the elders, they extended to him the hand of fellowship and entrusted him with the ministry among the Gentiles. Along with this calling, they reminded him of one important mission — to remember and care for the poor believers in the churches (Galatians 2:9–10).

Inspired by Paul’s heart and obedience, I too feel called to serve and support our brothers and sisters in Syria, who are walking through an extremely difficult season of oppression, persecution, and deep poverty.

Toward the end of October 2025, we traveled with a small team of two dear friends and ministry partners on a mission trip to visit and encourage these     precious believers in the Near East countries. The journey was long and carried lots of risks, but we went forward with faith — strengthened by your prayers and your generosity.

Across the churches we serve in the middle east, many families are caring for children and adults with disabilities caused by war and persecution. Some are living with lifelong injuries; others carry deep emotional trauma. Many of these children are also orphans, having lost parents to violence and conflict. Economic collapse and limited resources—especially in Syria—have made this burden even heavier.
In response, iMN has launched the Mercy Care Program, also known as “Kindness That Restores.” Through six full-time workers and sixty dedicated volunteers, we are providing food and medications, Christian-based trauma care, home-based physical therapy training, discipleship, and a 24/7 telemedicine and emotional support hotline.
This ministry reflects the story of King David and Mephibosheth (2 Samuel 9). David did not see a burden; he saw a life to restore. He welcomed Mephibosheth to his table and treated him as family. This is the heart of God—grace that lifts the broken and honors the vulnerable.

In 2025, we began serving 320 families living with disability. By God’s grace, we expect to serve 500 families in 2026. These are today’s Mephibosheths—wounded by war, persecution, and loss, yet deeply loved by God.
As you prepare your hearts for 2026 we invite you to pray about standing with us in this work of mercy and restoration. If the Lord places this ministry on your heart, we would be honored to share how you can help.

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” – 2 Corinthians 9:7

Every soul touched by this ministry is because of you—our faithful partners. Your prayers and generosity empower iMN to advance God’s Kingdom. Thank you for standing in the gap!

If the Lord leads you to give, know that your support directly impacts lives across the Middle East. iMN is a fully accountable, tax-exempt organization, overseen by a God-honoring Board of Directors since 1996.

We couldn’t have done this without YOU! From all of us at iMN, thank you for your love, prayers, and support. Together, we are building God’s Kingdom in the Middle East—one life at a time.

May God bless you abundantly! We are deeply grateful for your partnership in 2025 and beyond. May the Lord bless you richly in 2025!

In Christ,

Hany Keylada MD
